The Broken Arrow Civic Improvement Association (BACIA) is a non-profit, voluntary neighborhood organization whose primary goal and interest is improving and maintaining the quality of life in the Broken Arrow Subdivision. 

Our goal is to help members engage with neighbors, other Sedona residents, and third parties such as the local Sedona government or the US Forest Service to maintain the beauty, serenity and safety of our neighborhood. We engage on topics such as noise and traffic on our main streets (Morgan Road, Paramount Road, Columbia Road, High Cloud, and Painted Desert), overuse of the Broken Arrow trails, short-term rental activity, fire prevention, and any other topic of interest to members.

One of our major contributions to members is to provide information to lot owners, real estate professionals, and prospective lot owners about the Deed Restrictions and Broken Arrow Subdivision Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions on lots 1 to 37, inclusive.  These documents can be found on the CC&Rs section.
